Questions for LC-200 PCMU Upgrade

The website we purchased our lock says the PCMU software is not available for Windows 7 and there is no 64-bit versions. Has this changed?

Yes, any website that makes this assertion is considerably out of date. We offered both Windows 7 and 64-bit versions of the software since 02/2010 and the software has been upgraded steadily. The latest version of the software is a complete re-write called the ReliTouch User Management Suite (only available for green scanner locks and scanners) as shown below.

If your external USB sensor uses a GREEN LED use this link to install the current 2012 version of the software:(works with any version of Windows). Just follow the prompts to install and register.
